How we Move
At the heart of Sense is Pilates. Through both Reformer and Mat Pilates, our classes are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and create a deeper connection within the body. Rooted in mindful movement and classical principles, Pilates at Sense is about more than exercise — it's about learning to feel at home within your body.
Our Hot Power Yoga classes combine strength, breath, and intentional movement within an infrared heated environment. Expect strong flows, moments of stillness, and practices designed to leave you feeling grounded, energised, and connected.
For those looking for a little more burn. Combining Pilates-based strength with ballet-inspired movement, our Sculpt classes challenge the body whilst maintaining the connection and intention that sits at the heart of every Sense class. Expect graceful movement, deep core work, and full-body strength.
Movement is only part of the practice. Through sound baths, breathwork, and restorative experiences, Restore offers space to slow down, reconnect, and create a deeper sense of calm within both body and mind.
